The fitness room is located in the lobby and is available from 6:00AM-10:00PM daily. Earphones can be purchased at the Mini-Mart for $2.00 each. Use of the fitness center is at the risk of the individual. The Carriage House Timeshare Association assumes no responsibility or liability for injuries which can occur while exercising. Guests should always check with their physician before attempting any new exercise program.

The complimentary Business Center offers two work stations equipped with 22” monitors to check email and print boarding passes. The work stations accept flash/thumb drives and feature a color printer at no additional charge. Telephones are also available for local and 800 number calls at no charge. Copy and Fax service is available through Guest Services for a nominal fee.

Important Notice: Room renovations will be underway at the property May 31 - September 4, 2010.  Moderate noise is anticipated from this work between 7am and 4pm, Monday through Friday.  Contractors will be renovating 27 of the resort’s 155 rooms, which will be located on various floors of the building. We will make every effort to assign guests to rooms away from the renovation activities, whenever possible.
