Reports have been received from Carriage House owners who have been contacted by companies wanting to sell their timeshares requiring an upfront fee. The CHTA does not recommend paying any company upfront money to sell your timeshare. Some resale companies take your money, which may be a sizable amount, and you never get a sale or hear from them again. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions.
