President’s Message

Dear Carriage House Members,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to thank all the members who
participated in our 26th Annual Meeting either in person or by proxy. The meeting
was a success and your continued support is appreciated. Congratulations to
Carriage House members Gloria Harpenau and Mike Lincoln who were elected to
each serve a three year term on the Board of Directors. I would also like to thank
retiring director John Blevins who has served for the last 12 years. We have
benefited greatly from his judgment and experience and are appreciative of his
dedication to our association
.

As I begin my third year as your President, I would like to invite you to attend our
Board of Directors’ meetings. The meetings begin at 9:30am and last until
3 or 4pm. Please contact General Manager Amy Lowell if you would like to attend.
Our meeting schedule is as follows:

- July 23 and 24, 2012
- October 22 and 23, 2012
- March 14 and 15, 2013

One area of concern each year is the small number of owners who return their
proxy and ballot. At this past meeting, less than 15% of our members returned
these two items. Please participate in our Association by filling out and mailing
back your Proxy and Ballot for the 2013 Annual Meeting.

I would also like to ask that all of our members help to promote The Carriage
House either by suggesting our rental program or better yet encouraging someone
to buy a week for themselves. It is definitely a buyer’s market and weeks are now
available at very low prices.

Enclosed with this newsletter are the Annual Meeting Minutes and excerpts from
the 2010/2011 Annual Audit. If you have questions, comments or suggestions,
please do not hesitate to contact General Manager, Amy Lowell or myself.
