President’s Message

Dear Carriage House Members,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to thank all of the members who participated in our 28th Annual Meeting either in person or by proxy. The meeting was a success and your continued support is appreciated. I am very honored to have been re-elected for another three year term and thank you for your support. Congratulations to owner Stuart Sturm who will serve as the alternate director.

As I begin my fifth year as your President, I would like to invite you to attend our Board of Directors’ meetings. The meetings generally begin at 9:30am and last until 3:00 or 4:00pm. Please contact General Manager Amy Lowell if you would like to attend. Our meeting dates are as follows:

- July 21, 2014
- October 27 and 28, 2014
- March 19 and 20, 2015

Since my last message, I am happy to announce The Carriage House recently sold 400 Studio and One Bedroom Master units to Vacation Internationale (VI). VI is one of the oldest owner operated vacation clubs in the United States and we are excited to have them as a new dues paying owner. VI is also leasing space on the 9th floor from our association for their vacation club sales office. You will find more information on this subject in the enclosed Annual Meeting Minutes.

This year we had a slight increase over last year of owners participating in the voting process. I again encourage everyone to complete and mail back your Proxy and Ballot for the 2015 Annual Meeting when it is mailed to you early next year.
