Stayover Rates

For those of you who might want to add additional nights to your timeshare reservation "stayover" rates are available.

The following rates are available Sunday through Friday* only.

Studio - $25*/night

One Bedroom - $30*/night plus

One Bedroom Master - $35*/night plus

Two Bedroom - $45*/night plus

* Rates increase Friday night.

All requests are honored a space available basis in your confirmed unit type.

A total of four nights can be added to the reservation at the beginning or the end of your timeshare 

reservation or owner rental reservation.

The rates are not available as single nightly rentals rates and cannot be combined with any other special rate or

offer. Rates are valid through December 28, 2010 are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Rates do not include 12% tax.

Weekly and Monthly Rates

For those of you that want to add a week to the beginning or the end of your timeshare reservation or you just want to book an extended stay, weekly and monthly rates are now available exclusively for Carriage House owners.

Weekly Rates

Studio with kitchenette - $442

1-Bedroom (vertical curtain separates bedroom & living room) w/full kitchen- $453

1-Bedroom Master with full kitchen - $486

1-Bedroom Master with kitchenette - $486

2-Bedroom/Two Bath with full kitchen - $510

Rooms must be booked for a minimum of 7 consecutive nights and a maximum of 29 consecutive nights.

Rates are valid through Dec 28, 2010, are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Rates do not include 12% tax.

Monthly Rates

Studio with kitchenette - $1894.50

1-Bedroom (vertical curtain separates bedroom & living room) w/full kitchen - $1941.30

1-Bedroom Master with full kitchen - $2082.90

1-Bedroom Master with kitchenette - $2082.90

2-Bedroom/Two Bath with full kitchen - $2185.80

Rooms must be booked for a minmum of 30 consecutive nights and a maximum of 90 consecutive nights.

Reservation Policies for Stayover, Weekly and Monthly rentals: In order to receive the discounts you must be current with your Annual Assessments. All reservations must be booked directly with the hotel's Reservations Department at 800.221.2301 ext. 280 or 702.798.1020 ext. 280. There is limited availability for one and two bedroom suites and booking restrictions will apply during holidays, conventions and special events.
