CHTA MEMBER SERVICES – An Owner Services representative is available Sunday through Wednesday from 7:00AM-5:00PM to answer any questions you may have regarding your Carriage House timeshare interest.
CONCIERGE SERVICES – Concierge services are available in the lobby. Inquire about show tickets, tours and shopping information. Guest Services can also help you and they are available 24/7.
FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES – If you wish to have food delivered to your room, during your stay, please contact Guest Services for names of reputable vendors. Outside vendors are only allowed in the Lobby.
Guest Services will call you when your food arrives and you will need to meet the vendor downstairs. From time to time restaurants will attempt to distribute flyers. We ask that you not support these vendors and if you see someone distributing flyers, please call Guest Services immediately.
EMERGENCY – In case of fire, accident, or other emergency, contact the Hotel Operator.
GUEST SERVICES & AMENITIES – Rollaway Beds, Cribs, Children’s Games, High Chairs, Shower Chairs, Blenders, Tennis Equipment, Basketballs, Movies (VHS and DVD) are offered on a complimentary basis as available.
HOUSEKEEPING – Maid service is provided daily to all Carriage House guests between the hours of 8:00AM-3:00PM. Daily service includes the beds being made and the trash emptied. If you would like your towels replaced, please leave the used towels in the bathtub. Towels left hanging on the towel rack tells us that you wish to reuse them. Although Housekeepers are not permitted to perform kitchen related chores during your stay, each unit is supplied with paper supplies, dishwasher detergent, and liquid soap for dishes. Should you need any replacement or additional items such as dishes, cookware or glasses, or would like your room serviced at a specific time, please contact Housekeeping. If you notice anything in need of repair, please contact Housekeeping.
INTERNET USE – Complimentary high speed internet access is available in each room. In addition, there is a high speed internet terminal in the lobby . Usage cards may be purchased at the Guest Services desk. The cost is $5 for 20 minutes or $10 for 50 minutes. The Guest Services desk is happy to print your airline boarding pass for you.
LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING – Laundry or Dry Cleaning that is given to Guest Services by 9:00AM will be returned by 9:00AM the following day. Service is available daily, except Sunday. Coin operated laundry machines are located on floors 2 through 8. Change is available at the Guest Services Desk. Laundry Detergent is available for purchase in the vending area on the lobby level.
POOL & WHIRLPOOL – The pool and whirlpool are open daily from 8:00AM-10:00PM. There is no lifeguard, and children under the age of 14 are prohibited without adult supervision. In addition, children under the age of 14 are prohibited from using the whirlpool. Guests experiencing health problems or who have been consuming alcoholic beverages may not use either the pool or the whirlpool. Pool towels are available at the pool. Diving is never permitted.
SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES & IN-ROOM SAFE – Complimentary safety deposit boxes are available at the Guest Services Desk. There is also a complimentary in-room safe which you are encouraged to use.
SAFETY & SECURITY – The Carriage House is protected with smoke detection and fire sprinkler systems. When checking into your room, be sure to note where the fire exits are so that you are familiar with their location in the event of an emergency. Do not use the elevator as a fire exit. Use the stairs at the end of each hallway. An evacuation plan is on the back of each guestroom entrance door. Please review the evacuation information carefully. A parking permit must be placed on your dashboard. Always lock your car and do not leave valuables visibly displayed in your car. Please report any lost keys or unusual activity to Guest Services.
SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted in any of the common areas including the lobby, elevators, hallways or front entrance. Guests who smoke are asked to use the back patio. A table and chairs are provided for your convenience.
VENDING – Vending machines with soft drinks, fruit juices, candy, snacks, hot food items, and newspapers are available in the vending area in the lobby. See Guest Services for Sunday Newspaper. An ice machine is located on the 9th floor to the right as you exit the elevators.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE - Should you need special assistance during your stay and/or in the event of an emergency, please let us know in advance.
Animals are not permitted on the property except for service animals.
