CARRIAGE HOUSE TIMESHARE ASSOCIATION (CHTA) MEMBER SERVICES – An Owner Services representative is available Sunday through Wednesday from 7:00AM-5:00PM to answer any questions you may have regarding your Carriage House timeshare interest.
CONCIERGE SERVICES – Concierge services are available in the lobby. Inquire about show tickets, tours and shopping information. Guest Services can also help you and they are available 24/7.
FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES - If you wish to have food delivered, please contact Guest Services for names of reputable vendors. You will be called when your food arrives and asked to meet the vendor in the lobby. From time to time restaurants attempt to distribute flyers. For your safety, you are asked not to support these vendors and to immediately notify Guest Service if you see this type of activity.
EMERGENCY – In case of fire, accident, or other emergency, contact the Hotel Operator.
FITNESS ROOM -
The fitness room is located in the lobby and is available from 6:00am-10:00pm daily. Earphones can be purchased at the lobby Mini-Mart for $2.00 each. Use of the fitness center is at the risk of the individual. The CHTA assumes no responsibility or liability for injuries which can occur while exercising. Guests should always check with their physician before attempting any new exercise program.
GUEST SERVICES & AMENITIES – Rollaway Beds, Cribs, Children’s Games, High Chairs, Shower Chairs, Blenders, Tennis Equipment, Basketballs, Movies (VHS and DVD) are offered on a complimentary basis as available.
HOUSEKEEPING – Maid service is provided daily to all Carriage House guests between the hours of 8:00AM-3:00PM. Daily service includes the beds being made and the trash emptied. If you would like your towels replaced, please leave the used towels in the bathtub. Towels left hanging on the towel rack tells us that you wish to reuse them. Although Housekeepers are not permitted to perform kitchen related chores during your stay, each unit is supplied with paper supplies, dishwasher detergent, and liquid soap for dishes. Should you need any replacement or additional items such as dishes, cookware or glasses, or would like your room serviced at a specific time, please contact Housekeeping. If you notice anything in need of repair, please contact Housekeeping.
INTERNET USE – Complimentary high speed internet access is available in each room via cable modem. Ethernet cords are available at the Guest Services Desk. In addition, there is a business center located in the lobby with two internet terminals. This service is complimentary and available to all guests on a first come first served basis. The computers are not available daily from 4am-5am for routine maintenance.
ICE - An ice machine is located on the 9th floor to the right as you exit the elevators.
LAUNDRY/DRY CLEANING – Laundry or Dry Cleaning that is given to Guest Services by 9:00AM will be returned by 9:00AM the following day. Service is available daily, except Sunday. Coin operated laundry machines are located on floors 2 through 8 and laundry detergent is available for purchase in the Mini-Mart. Change is available at the Guest Services Desk. Recycling containers are located in each laundry room.
MINI-MART - Energy drinks, fruit juices, milk, eggs, candy, snacks, microwavable food items, newspapers, sundries and souveniers are available in the Mini-Mart in the lobby.
POOL & WHIRLPOOL – The pool and whirlpool are open daily from 8:00AM-10:00PM. There is no lifeguard, and children under the age of 14 are prohibited without adult supervision. In addition, children under the age of 14 are prohibited from using the whirlpool. Guests experiencing health problems or who have been consuming alcoholic beverages may not use either the pool or the whirlpool. Pool towels are available at the pool. DIVING IS NEVER PERMITTED.
RECYCLING -
Recycling containers are located in each laundry room on floors 2 - 8.
SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES & IN-ROOM SAFE – Complimentary safety deposit boxes are available at the Guest Services Desk. There is also a complimentary in-room safe which you are encouraged to use.
SAFETY & SECURITY – The Carriage House is protected with smoke detection and fire sprinkler systems. When checking into your room, be sure to note where the fire exits are so that you are familiar with their location in the event of an emergency. Do not use the elevator as a fire exit. Use the stairs at the end of each hallway. An evacuation plan is on the back of each guestroom entrance door. Please review the evacuation information carefully. A parking permit must be placed on your dashboard. Always lock your car and do not leave valuables visibly displayed in your car. Please report any lost keys or unusual activity to Guest Services.
SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted in any of the common areas including the lobby, elevators, hallways or front entrance. Guests who smoke are asked to use the back patio. A table and chairs are provided for your convenience.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE - Should you need special assistance during your stay and/or in the event of an emergency, please contact Guest Services prior to your stay.
Animals are not permitted on the property except for service animals.
