We are pleased you have chosen The Carriage House for your visit to Las Vegas. We look forward to your arrival and would like to take a moment to familiarize you with the hotel.
In room amenities include hair dryer, "Bath & Body Works" amenities, full size ironing board/iron, cable TV, pay-per-view movies/games, complimentary local and 800 number calls, high speed internet and in-room safes. In addition, there is a business center located in the lobby with two internet terminals. This service is complimentary and available to all guests on a first come first served basis.
The fitness room is located in the lobby and is available from 6:00am-10:00pm daily. Earphones can be purchased at the Lobby Mini-Mart for $2.00. Use of the fitness center is at the risk of the individual. The Carriage House Timeshare Association assumes no responsibility or liability for injuries which can occur while exercising. Guests should always check with their physician before attempting any new exercise program.
Each room is equipped with either a kitchenette or full kitchen. The kitchenettes include a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, two burner cook top, toaster, cookware, flatware, dinnerware, and utensils. The full kitchens include a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, four burner range & oven, toaster, cookware, flatware, dinnerware, and utensils. Although Housekeepers are not permitted to perform kitchen related chores during your stay, each unit is supplied with paper supplies, dishwasher detergent, and liquid soap for dishes. Daily maid service is provided between the hours of 8:00am-3:00pm. Daily service includes the beds being made, towels replenished and the trashed emptied.

The outdoor, heated pool and whirlpool are open daily from 8:00am-10:00pm. There is no lifeguard, and children under the age of 14 are prohibited without adult supervision. In addition, children under the age of 14 are prohibited from using the whirlpool. DIVING IS NEVER PERMITTED.
Laundry or dry cleaning service is available and must be given to Guest Services by 9:00am and will be returned by 9:00am the following day. Service is available daily, except Sunday and holidays. Coin operated laundry machines are located on floors 2 through 8. Change is available at the Guest Services Desk. Laundry Detergent is available for purchase at the Lobby Mini-Mart.
Complimentary parking is available to all registered guests. Oversized vehicles, trailer, motor-homes, and boats are not permitted. Please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements, prior to your arrival, to accommodate these vehicles off property. Click here for directions to the property.
If you are interested in renting additional nights at the beginning or the end of your vacation, contact the Reservations Department at 800-221-2301 ext. 280 or by email at info@carriagehouselasvegas.com. Carriage House owners, ILX owners and exchange guests are eligible for discounts for additional rental nights on a space available basis.
All guests must be at least 21 years of age and must provide a credit card and picture ID at check-in. All major credit cards are accepted. Debit card usage, although note encouraged, is accepted and a $200 Security deposit is required in addition to the full pre-payment of all room charges. The debit card is billed immediately upon check-in and the $200 Security deposit is refunded upon check-out. A debit card agreement must be signed by the guest at check-in. Cash or personal checks are not accepted for deposit.
In addition, room renovations will be underway at the property May 31 - September 4, 2010. Moderate noise is anticipated from this work between 7am and 4pm, Monday through Friday. Contractors will be renovating 27 of the resort’s 155 rooms, which will be located on various floors of the building. We will make every effort to assign guests to rooms away from the renovation activities, whenever possible.
