We are pleased you have chosen The Carriage House for your visit to Las Vegas. We look forward to your arrival and would like to take a moment to familiarize you with the hotel.
Maid service is provided daily and includes the beds being made, fresh towels and the trash emptied. Each unit is supplied with paper supplies, dishwasher detergent and liquid soap for dishes. The
Housekeepers are not permitted to perform kitchen-related duties during your stay. Should you need any additional items such as dishes, or cookware, you may contact the Housekeeping Department.
Concierge service is available to assist with purchasing show tickets, tour reservations and car rentals. Please contact the Concierge directly at 800-221-2301 ext. 110 or by email at info@carriagehouselasvegas.com.
For any special requests such as non-smoking or smoking, view and/or floor preference, contact the hotel directly, prior to your arrival, to advise of your request. All special requests will be honored on a space available basis and cannot be guaranteed.
If you are interested in renting additional nights at the beginning or the end of your vacation, contact the Reservations Department at 800-221-2301 ext. 280 or by email at info@carriagehouselasvegas.com. Carriage House owners, ILX owners and exchange guests will receive a 10%-50% discount for additional rental nights on a space available basis.
A valid credit card is required at check-in to cover incidental charges incurred. Cash or personal checks are not accepted for deposit.
