The Carriage House is located in the heart of Las Vegas just one block from the Strip, making transportation to casinos, shows, McCarran Airport and other attractions easy. You’ll be within walking distance of many points of interest, and Las Vegas features a wealth of affordable and convenient transportation options to reach locations further down the Strip or elsewhere in Vegas.

Las Vegas Strip Transportation:
The double-decker Deuce bus stops at virtually every resort on the Las Vegas Strip. Stops, which are located about every quarter mile in each direction are marked with signs or by bus shelters. This 24-hour bus service runs from Fremont Street to the north and as far south as Mandalay Bay. Twenty-four (24) hour passes ($8/person) and three-day ($20/person) pass must be purchased before boarding at any Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) located at multiple sidewalk locations on the Strip. TVM’s accept most major credit/debit cards and cash. All passes are valid on both the Deuce and Express buses.
The STRIP & DOWNTOWN EXPRESS:
The Strip and Downtown Express bus has limited stops along the Strip marked with signs or by bus shelters. This 24-hour service bus runs from the Premium Outlets to the north and as far south as the Las Vegas Outlet Center at Warm Springs. Pass prices are the same as for the Deuce. All must be purchased before boarding at any Ticket Vending Machine (TVM). All passes are valid on both Deuce and Express buses.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE (OUTBOUND ONLY, FROM THE HOTEL TO THE AIRPORT):
The Carriage House works with Super Shuttle and can arrange for pick up and drop off at the airport. The cost is $11 per person each way and a credit card is required to book the service. Please contact Guest Services to book.
LAS VEGAS MONORAIL:
There are seven stations along the Monorail route from the MGM Grand to the former Sahara Hotel/Casino. With a total of nine running trains, one arrives at each station every few minutes. The nearest station to The Carriage House is at the MGM Grand.
Exit the rear door of The Carriage House turn right on Audrie and right at the second stop sign into the Grand Garden Arena entrance. Follow the signs to the Monorail. There are several ticket options available, from $5 for a single ride ticket, $15 for an unlimited one day pass, to $40 for a Three Day Ticket. Tickets are available at each station. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 7am to 2am, and Friday through Sunday from 7am to 3am. FREE SHUTTLES ON THE STRIP: Please be advised that the registered guests at the hotels below have priority and shuttle stop locations are subject to change.
Gold Coast Hotel & Casino (Flamingo west of I-15) & The Orleans (West Tropicana at Arville):
The shuttle runs between the Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall (formerly Barbary Coast), the Gold Coast and the Orleans Hotel. Pickup at the Valet areas. The shuttle runs daily from 930am to 1230am every 15-30 minutes.
Rio Hotel & Casino (Flamingo west of Interstate-15):
The shuttle runs between Bally’s (north entrance) and the Rio. Hours are daily from 10am to 1am. The average wait is 30 minutes. Departs the Rio at the west entrance near the Carnival World Buffet. Hours are daily from 9am to 10am. The average wait is 15-30 minutes.
Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall (Boulder Highway at Flamingo):
The shuttle runs between Harrah’s and Sam’s Town. Hours are daily from 930am to 950pm. The average wait is approximately 15-30 minutes.
FREE TRAM ON THE STRIP:
Tram runs from the Excalibur to the Luxor to Mandalay Bay from 9am to 10pm. daily. The average wait is approximately 15 minutes.
