Rooms must be booked for a minimum of 7 consecutive nights and a maximum of 29 consecutive nights.

Rates do not include 12% tax.

Reservation & Check-In Policies:

* A valid credit card is required at the time of booking and the same credit card must be presented at check in

  and must match the name on the reservation and the picture id.

* Upon check in the credit card will be authorized for the entire stay plus a $200 security deposit. No cash or

  personal/company checks are accepted for check in or payment of charges.

* Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in with valid picture id.

* A maximum of three rooms can be booked with this offer with a maximum twenty-nine (29) night stay

  per reservation.
