Our Peace of Mind Promise is our pledge to continue to deliver the highest standards of cleanliness. From the time before you arrive, to the check in process and in-room experience, exceptional care is given to create a safe and clean environment. Our mission is your wellness, and we strive to exceed expectations by providing comfortable vacation ownership accommodations with friendly service. To ensure the well-being of our owners, guests and employees, some of our amenities and may be limited and differ from what is listed online.

Currently, our hotel is ONLY open to registered owners and guests. Non-registered guests will not be permitted into the hotel.  For any food or grocery deliveries to the hotel, you may meet them outside of the hotel.

Staff members are wearing masks and participating in daily health checks. The Front Desk has plexiglass dividers at each check-in window. Enhanced cleanliness procedures are in place including frequent cleaning of door handles, the front desk counter, room keys, elevators, and public restrooms. Hand sanitizer is available at various locations throughout the hotel, including the front desk, lobby, and elevators. Elevators have a maximum capacity of four guests. Our building offers stairs as an alternative to elevators. Self-park is still available at no charge.

The Pool, Spa, Fitness Room and Business Center are opened adhering to social distancing guidelines.  These areas will be sanitized throughout the day. Guests are asked to also sanitize these areas before and after each use.

Our guest rooms have been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival.  However, guests should also sanitize these areas based on their own comfort level. Limited Housekeeping continues to be offered as our staff members will not be entering your room during your stay.  Fresh towels and trash removal will be provided as needed. Please call the Front Desk to coordinate pickup and delivery. Place all used linen, towels, or trash outside your door.

You are asked to be prepared for any of your personal needs. This includes adequate food, medication, bottled water, sanitizing supplies and face coverings.

Effective June 26, 2020, Nevada requires face coverings as follows: 

  • Inside of, standing in line, any indoor space.
  • Outside in a public space when 6ft social distancing is not possible.
  • Public or private transportation that others have or will use.
  • In any space where food is prepared. In any room or enclosed area where other people are present. 

If you feel ill, during your stay, please do the following: 

  • Avoid contact with others. 
  • Call the Front Desk from your room and explain your symptoms.
  • Remain in your room until contacted by the Manager on Duty and the Southern Nevada Health District.
  • Call 911 for a medical emergency

Peace of Mind Promise Flexible Reservation Policy

CHTA Charter Member Reservations: We will allow full changes or cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival for 2020 travel dates. For Charter members cancelling reservations booked, using their 2019 week, the week is automatically being extended and must be booked and used by 08/31/21. For Charter members cancelling reservations booked, using their 2020 week, the week is automatically being extended and must be booked and used by 08/31/22.

DRI & VI Resort Club Reservations: Guests who booked via their travel club or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their vacation club for information on their policies.

Vacation Ownership Exchange Reservations: Guests who booked via DAE, II, RCI or other exchange companies are advised to contact their exchange company for information on their policies.

Hotel Direct Rental Reservations: For reservations booked directly with the hotel or on our website, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival for 2020 travel dates. 

Expedia/ or other online Third Parties: Guests who booked via online travel agencies or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
